The next release of ADP Workforce Now is scheduled for Spring 2015. ADP will be leveraging new internet technology to enhance the user experience for practitioners as well as employees who access the self-service features. It is imperative that all users of ADP Workforce Now update their browsers before April 10th, 2015.
If for any reason you cannot update your browser, it could be due to your companies security policies that may require you to contact your Information Technology/LAN/3rd party or browser vendor for assistence.
USERS WHO DO NOT UPDATE THEIR BROWSER WILL BE DENIED ACCESS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PERFORM ANY TRANSACTIONS.

ADP strongly recommends that you upgrade to one of the supported browsers listed below to take advantage of the latest improvements and security updates offered by Microsoft®. ADP will no longer support Internet Explorer® versions 9 or 10 due to Microsoft ending their support in January 2016 which included active technical support and security updates. This will be effective with the new release of ADP Workforce Now® V14 deploying in July and August 2017.
IMPORTANT! Users who do not update their browser, or do not begin using a different browser, will not be able to access ADP Workforce Now® and will not be able to perform any transactions. All users of Workforce Now need to update their browsers prior to February 2018 to one of the following supported browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge®, Firefox® 52 and higher, Chrome™ 50.0 and higher, Safari® 8.x, Safari 9.0.
If you are unable to upgrade your browser, you should check with your company’s Information Technology/LAN team or third party IT support group for assistance, as it could be due to your company’s security policies.
